Protein Cheesecake Slice

Preheat your oven at 180C.
For the cookie base:
Blend 200gr cookies with 60gr butter (you can use milk instead of butter)
Layer the base on a parchment lined springform pan and press it down firmly.
Bake for 10 minutes.
For the Protein Cheesecake Layer:
175gr Cold Cream Cheese
120gr Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk
50gr Unflavored Protein Powder
Layer it on top of the cookie base
For the White Chocolate Ganache:
Heat 120ml Heavy Cream
Melt 200gr White Chocolate
Add the hot heavy cream to the melted chocolate while whisking.
Let cool slightly and pour on top of the protein cheesecake.
Refrigerate until it firms up (~4 hours)
